Lately the field of veterinarian medicine has come under intense scrutiny by pet owners who feel their beloved pets aren't being treated properly. Tired of seeing weakened pets struggle to get up on four legs or suffer extreme physical breakdowns from toxins in flea and tick sprays and vaccines this group of holistic vets are looking at natural and homeopathic remedies to help better treat dogs, cats and horses for a wide variety of ailments. The dogma of vaccines, sprays and pills is being questioned by natural vets who view this cycle as a lackadaisical way of caring for pets.

Today more pet owners are turning to natural and holistic vet treatments out of concern for the overall health and well being of their pet. Though still a minority compared to the standard veterinarian practices natural vets are finding plenty of pet owners who agree that chemical can't solve everything and that in many cases a natural, homeopathic approach to treating an illness may be the better decision in the long run.
